Hey foodies! Diwali is just around the corner and as we all know it, exchanging gifts is the most exciting part about it. 😀
I’m sure that you all must have wracked your brains thinking about the perfect gifts to give this forthcoming season! 😛

Hence, let me introduce you to Vanilla Infused Kitchen (VIK). Specializing in cupcakes, artisan cakes, chocolates and pastries; VIK delivers happiness right at your doorstep! 🙂

So let me begin to share my experience of VIK with you.. 😀

I had been sent a box of assorted cupcakes, which had the following:

Coffee Nutella Cupcake

Coffee Nutella: Yes, yes. You read it right! What can be more better than Nutella and Coffee together?! :’)
TBH, with a heavy heart I had to cut this beauty and eat it! With the right amount of icing and chocolate, this was made with bang on perfection!

Red Velvet

Red Velvet: *DROOLS- DIES- GOES TO HEAVEN*
I’ve tasted many red velvet cupcakes across the city, and DANG! I’ve found the perfect one. <3
Neither too sweet, nor too bland. Made with an appropriate amount of creamcheese frosting, Red Velvet cupcake was definitely a stunner!

English Taffy with Buttercream

English Taffy with Buttercream: Have you seen a cupcake look as cute as this one? 🙂
So soft and gooey, that it melts in the mouth! It tasted a bit salty and the presentation was flawless..

(clockwise) Dark chocolate with English Taffy, White Chocolate with Butterscotch, Milk Chocolate with Pista & Rose.

Dark Chocolate with English Taffy: Plain and simple dark chocolate drizzled with crunchy almonds, and bite sized english taffy. Since I am a dark chocolate fan, this piece won my heart. 🙂

White Chocolate with Butterscotch: This is like the best homemade chocolate I’ve ever eaten! The butterscotch chunks made it too crunchy and sweet.. VIK nailed it. 😀

Milk Chocolate with Pista and Rose: For those who love their chocolates with dry fruits.. Also it was a tad bit sweeter as compared to other chocolates! The rose petals gave an delectable essence to this piece of chocolate. Absolutely recommended!! 🙂

All in all, the cupcakes were extremely soft and delicious! The packaging is compact, which kept the cupcakes intact and fresh because of which they make the perfect gifting option!

Each cupcake is priced between 60-80 INR, which is quite affordable and pocket friendly.
So why not ditch your regular mithaais this festive season and order a box of cupcakes from them? 🙂
